[New PC Gun sounds] The Improvement Continues.

Hi Tankers,

I have officially released the New PC gun sounds (9.14 and newer versions), and i have received feedbacks that indicates the gun sounds are not loud enough. i am starting to tweak them but it might take a while. I might actually sacrifice my weekend to get it done.

Also starting from V 1.2 Beta, i have included Changelog to record all changes made to the sound pack.
